Case
Study: Medical Hair Restoration
Medical Hair Restoration (MHR) is a renowned,
worldwide leader in hair transplantation with a
significant online and offline media budget.
With an already highly successful offline
marketing program that includes radio,
infomercials, print and television spots, MHR
was looking to extend their marketing approach
to the Web to generate quality leads. MHR's
pledge is to provide surgical excellence and to
adhere to the highest standards of practice.
Solution
After examining existing print ads, we quickly
worked with MHR's creative department and
developed new, innovative approaches suitable for
the internet. The new creatives were tested in
multiple online placements and optimized based on
actual click-through and conversion metrics. In
addition, a unique, standalone landing page was
developed to capture lead data such as name,
address, phone number and email address. Lastly,
we purchased online media that hit MHR's core
audience targeting males, between the ages of
25-54 with a annual household income of $50K and
above. Demographically, we only served our ads to
this audience where MHR had actual clinic
locations.
Results
Ü
MHR's cost per lead dropped an astounding 80%.
Ü
Online lead generation budget increased
significantly month after month.
Ü Internet Marketing
efforts out-performed all other media from
print to TV ads.
Ü
The conversion of leads to "clinic
appointments" surpassed expectations. |
